I bought OGeneral Ac in the month of April since then it was failed to cool my room properly . I was never informed by the sales rep (Uday) that I will not get service from the company and some tech from the Resq( Reliance ser) team will come to home for fixing this . As per them they are highly qualified n trained eng, but the guy who came to my home for installation was some random ac guy. Now I want service from OGeneral as I was not informed about the service thing from the company
Kindly help me with this issue .either I need a compensation or full refund of my money
