This is regarding my order order number MNL****-** which was placed on **th April. The dispatch time is *-* days, however the order was not shipped in this time. I reached out to them for refund several times via email and websites, they weren’t responding. After several attempts i got a response from them stating if they are not able to deliver by *th May then they will issue the refund. I waited till *th and did not get any shipping email or delivery. I again started chasing them on emails but no response. Finally, on *th May I got message from courier company that my order os ready to be shipped. As this order got delayed beyond reasonable timeline and due to very frustrating customer experience i do not want the product anymore. Hence i again messaged them saying that i will not be accepting the order and issue me the refund. The brand has not yet responded. Kindly help with refund. I do not want to provide business to such an unprofessional team.
