- Mental and Financial Harassment Urgent ^Open

My father doesn’t have any income still loan of *.* lakh was approved from Bajaj Fineserv. He paid around **+ lakh by borrowing money from relatives and friends, still the collection agents are mentally harassing from last *year. I had started cafe by investing * lakh rupees. I was working in night shift for ** hours and was working in cafe for *-* hours, around daily ** hours daily I used to work. These agents were also coming to that place and bullying me and my father in public. My father left cafe for ** and left city and tried suicidal attempt. My cafe was shut down and got loss of around * lakh, due the absence of my father and my disturbed mental health due to these recovery agents. I will attach video and emails which were sent to RBI.
Also this recovery agent told me to pay ****** and you will get NOC, and told us that this will be your last payment. They use bad words to my mother at her shop too. Kindly have these reviewed on priority. I appeal that my *.* lakh rupee of loss occurred and * lakh rupee of fraud they made, we need these in return with NOC. We are in debt around * lakh my loan and my father borrowed money from relatives around * lakh rupees.
