I have taken Gold Membership of Royals Club International at Rs *,**,*** which entitled me ** years of membership (*Night * Days Per year stay at * & * Star properties).
After taking membership i have tried multiple times to book hotel but either they didn't reply to the mail or started imposing irrelevant charges/ penalties on me claiming for money.
Also the customer care representative is so rude that He is directly denying the services & using harsh and false language to ask for money claiming we being the defaulter.
There has never been any communication on mail or notification on the Application from the day membership was signed.
