The product was not delivered as per the set time, there was delay,
Single quantity was delivered on *nd may **** , remaining * quantity was missing,
Raised refund request in app on *rd may ****, thn it shows as refund rejected, request failed, due to fair usage policy
I have paid ***Rs for *quantity, but recieved only *, I need refund of * missing items or can refund complete order
