Hi, i have ordered products and i had raised request for refund of some products.. Now, when i open my app it is blocked saying user verification failed.. the products ordered aren't delivered and nor am i getting refund of the products for which return request has been initiated.
Pls help in unblocking my amount. am not able to track my products.
