I was taken mediclaim policy for my family safety with sum insured ******.unfortunetly my son was hospitalized on ** December **** and Discharge on ** December ****.
He was admitted due to Left Tigh Cellulitis but New India Company has rejected claim for the reason of he is asthmatic now i dont understand the reason behind the two different medical conditions and they have intentionally rejected our claim. I want justice against this Fraud company and Legal action against them.
