ordered medicines on * july, and got messages on *july stating medicines delivered, i checked with secuirty guys abt this but none of them received the order, i havent got any call from delivery person at that time
and on the same day i raised complaint on medibuudy voice chat, and no response till ** july, and on the next dqy i called customer care and asked the status abt the issue, they said they hqvent recived any complaint, and they have raised new complaint and asked to wait for **hrs, its been **hrs i havent even got call or update on the issue, its a emergemcy medicine and they are not even responding properly on it
