Complaint Against Motherhood – Room Splitting (Gutka)

I am writing to report a horrible experience with Motherhood regarding room splitting at Gutka.

The room provided to us (Room No. ***) was extremely small (approximately **×** feet) and looked more like a store room. Both the room and bathroom were unhygienic. I have video evidence clearly showing the poor condition.

The staff was unprofessional, and their behavior was very rude and uncooperative. At the time of admission, we were promised a suite room, but instead, even they did not provided an executive room, which did not match what was committed.
