I ordered HP ** - BS***TU Laptop from amazon on **th August ****. It worked well but within one year its left side hinge came out. In November **** I went to service centre and paid **** rupees for repairing it. When I went for receiving Laptop, service centre manager kept receipt with himself and when I demanded receipt he said you don't need it and if any problem arises you can come. Again on **rd March **** that problem came and on *nd June I went there. But now that manager and engineer who repaired it are no longer associated with service centre. New manager is demanding money again for same problem. He is saying we have no record of your Laptop repairing. Now I am helpless because who promised me to come is not picking up my call. One important thing I would like to mention is that many people who have same Laptop model are suffering from this 'hinge' problem. I saw this on Amazon product comments. So this is manufacturing defect and even after repairing it there is no guarantee of problem solving.
