I had bought samsung galaxy zfold * in oct**** and on feb **** its inner display got crack on the screen on hinje automaticaly without any impact drop or any dent scratch etc..service center and samsung india states its physically damaged and cant be repaired under warranty.so i asked them to show any kind of dent scratch on the phone which they failed to show as my phone is new till date without any drop impact etc...there are more users who faced the same issue and samsung did changed or repaired their device under warranty and they are completly denying mine under warranty as they are quoting me verbaly of Rs.*****/- in repairs and they are not giving anything in writteen its been a month my phone is at service center and samsung india has stoped replying my any tweets messasges or they are not ready to communicate with me .i ask you to please help me out.
