I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Note **+ ***GB Aura Glow colour from Go Mobile store on **rd of August **** by prebooking the product. While unboxing there were dusty spots on the back of the handset and so many bubbles on the screen temper. I take care of my things very much therefore I was not ready to unbox my handset at the store but still the dealer said that it has to be unboxed there. When unboxed it had spots when I told the dealer about it they told me its on the film and once you remove the film it will be perfect and such spots are commonly found on the handset. That same day when I brought the set home and removed the film it had scratch and bubbles on the temper. When complained about this to the dealer they told that it can’t be replaced as imi number has been registered on your name and didn’t took the responsibility to replace.
Then I complained about it to the Samsung service center but the senior head over there also refused to replace the set like this and told that it can be repaired from our side. The head confirmed us with a commitment that they will change the back glass and temper as well and everything will be repaired through machines and handled with utmost care. We asked them and told them several times that our handset should be handled with lots of care. They committed as well. But when I got my handset the condition of it was much worst than the original one. Everything was repaired manually and the handset looked like second hand product. They are denying there statements. When we are calling them and asking them questions why the commitment made from the senior head are not made then they don’t have any answer for that. They are only sorry for that and not taking any responsibility to replace for the set of which they had worsened the condition. We are being scammed by Samsung after purchasing there premium product they should have resolved the issue by replacing it but repaired at their service centre and made our set even worst.I have photos and videos of my handset before sending it to the service centre and also the photographs of the handset after coming it from service centre been repaired.
