I am writing in regard to the long pending status of the captioned request number which was raised on *th June. After the visit of the technician requisition was raised for * parts and as per the Warehouse manager the parts are u available and the company would replace the machine.
This AC was purchased on **th March ****, just a couple of months over a year and the last servicing was done on **th March ****. It’s really surprising that an appliance of such a reputed brand just falls apart within such a short time. On top of which the repairing service is so pathetic and time taking. I was nit able to get any status update from the customer care or the various mangers’ numbers which were provided to me. After multiple follow ups from my end I came to know that the replacement is pending for approval from the management which is also overdue for about * days.
