I bought shoes from puma factory outlet bill dated **-**-****. I used shoes for a month then i found that sole is showing defect and side sole is also defected as it lies under manufacturing defect. But i have contacted store when defect appears then no response and then i contacted mail customer care puma which wasted my time from last * months that was not good at all and at the end they denied
