Worst experience ever using MMT, I have booked my flight ticket from Pune to Delhi for * Nov****, And from *th (** Hrs before of flight) onward I am trying to cancel my ticket with * cancellation fees as per policy.
Neither am I able to cancel nor reschedule my ticket, I have roasted my hard Money with MMT, Due to ontime cancellation non function and poor website response I am now in position to lose my money.
Now I feel like I've been scammed by MMT and looted my money. Please find herein attached website screenshot with erro of MMT server.
Now I want my money back as soon as possible. After discussion same with Customer care no answer.
