This is with regards to my booking from Mumbai to Kolkata via Delhi (Booking ID NF**************) made on April *, **** (Travel Date - April **, ****) which was cancelled due to COVID-**. I made a payment of Rs **,*** (Fare Charge - Rs **,***; MMT Service Fee - Rs *,***; GST - Rs ***.**) through my Paypal Account. My booking was impacted by COVID-** and I am eligible for a full refund as per the DGCA circular. I requested for a refund on May *, **** , yet I have received just Rs **,*** out of the payment of Rs **,*** made.
I also received a communication from your end on May **, **** that a refund of Rs *,*** has been processed and will be reflected within * working days but same has not been reflected in my bank account/payment medium yet.
Please do the needful and refund my remaining balance i.e. Rs *,*** including the MMT service Fee and the GST (Rs **,*** deducted from the Rs **,***) or else I may have to escalate this issue to regulatory authorities.
None of your help lines are working. There's no one to reach. If you continue harassing your customers like this, you'll have to no one to harass in the coming days.
