I have purchased Panasonic NR BG***VSS* on **/*/**** with two year comprehensive warranty and ** year on compressor. On March end this year cooling problem started. Due to lock down restrictions I have reported on * apr **** and after lockdown relaxation I made a e mail to customer service . After one week technician came and replaced one electronic part but the problem continues. Now on ** /** **** fridge taken to service centre for repair. Now already I am not using the fridge for the last * months.
During this period I have incured lot of financial loses and mental strains. Medicines and all become un usable.
I don't know when I am going to get back may appliance back. Also this is the case in within one year how long this fridge going to trouble me.
Hence I request is that reimburse my entire amount Rs ***** back by the company or dealer to enable me to purchase a new one.
