I was charged Rs. */- for no reason. I am using Idea Sim card and since lockdown this is the third time they have deducted amount from my main balance. I have done a recharge of ₹***/- which says I have *** SMS free, but when I called they said me that I was charged ₹* for sending an SMS. I mean at one point they are showing its free and on the other hand they are deducting. Also when I said I'm not satisfied with the answer and I need a refund she said me to dial a number and find out where my amount is deducted. Also the customer care Executive said me hang up. And when I said that I am not going to do that until I know where my money is going, she insisted me to disconnect the Call.
