- LG TV damaged while repair Open

It is really frustrating and horrible experience for me and my family, after logging a complaint to LG customer services about my TV not showing any picture. The executive came and mishandled the TV resulting in damage. Next they never tried to inspect and blamed my old parents for the damage and charged us *****/- extra for repairing the TV. Even the Kolkata Consumer forum did not hear us and they favored the LG support person and closed my request without any help. Even though I had active * year annual maintenance plan for my LG TV but that was not taken into consideration. Nobody from LG visited my place to inspect the condition of my TV, they just blamed us for the damage. Mr Sandip from LG service engineer team who is managing kolkata zone was so arrogant to speak to me and my family. He even smartly managed the consumer forum people to listen to him only and they favored him. I had to buy another TV for my mother and its been * year that my LG TV is lying dead from then. My AMC has now ended. What shall I do, who will listen to us and fight with these MNC company who are ruling and doing their monopoly business.
