I recently bought an LG AC *.*ton *star.after *month the ac stopped working. I reached out to service and they said like they will send service man on the same day. I called them again the next day and they said the same. Later they told me to raise a RNP ticket to assign a service man. I also did that but still no one arrived. The service people were not even lifting my calls. I spoked to the manager and he is speaking rude to the me and in the end he said like he will not provide any service to me do what I can. I didn't expected this kind of service from LG. Worst decision I made by selecting this brand.
