I have ordered ** KG of PVC carpet with ambicawallpapers.com at Rs **/kg and I had paid in full via NEFT transfer to HIRAL SUVIGYA account (Axis bank account No. ******** *******). It was all going fine, she was responding quite nicely to my calls and messages but when the carpet was delivered and it was only ** kg instead of ** kg and they had charged extra for transportation also. When I asked them for my refund their behaviour took *** turns. They blocked my number and then I tried on at least *-* different nos. Everyone assured me for my refund but when I again make a call nobody answers. I have called on all the following nos. at least *** times but nobody is now picking my number. I have also dropped a mail at their e-mail id but to no avail. I have shared invoice. I also have WhatsApp chat but only * file can be attached. Loss shown is more because when I installed carpet on the floor around *-* kg paper stick was used to wrap the carpet. Please help me in getting a refund.
