I am writing to formally request an immediate and full refund of ₹**,*** paid towards your Legal Services. I had booked a flat through NoBroker.com and paid a token amount of ₹**,***. I also paid ₹**,*** for Legal Services. However, the seller/owner cancelled the flat deal from his end and sold the property to someone else. Since the deal was cancelled by the seller, I was unable to proceed with any documentation. No legal service, document verification, or report was provided to me at any stage. Therefore, the entire legal service fee remains completely unused. Despite this, your team is deducting ₹**,*** without any valid justification. This deduction is unacceptable because: No service was utilized. No document was reviewed or shared. The cancellation was from the seller’s side, not mine. Repeated follow‑ups have only resulted in delays and inconsistent refund amounts. I request you to process the full refund of ₹**,*** immediately without any arbitrary deductions. This issue has already caused substantial inconvenience and frustration. Please treat this as an escalation to the senior management team if not resolved promptly. I expect a confirmation and refund initiation at the earliest.
