Dear Team,
I have purchased * piece of Boult Ear Buds model name Klarity * Teal on **-**-**** from Boult website vide Invoice no. FKINV******, Order ID- BAD*CN********** . Since last ** days captioned product were malfunctioning as left ear bud not working also not able to charged too. I have tried every thing but could not solve the same. Though i have already complaint Boult website on **-**-**** vide request no-************ but no response received from there end. Please c heck and do the needful on urgent basis.
