My father's treatment of eye damage due to their products has **% depreciation in the first * yrs of its life span. In reply to the opposite party's response, I have to mention that the following points of my complaint remained unredressed:-
*.) Return of purchase price Rs *****/- of the LG tv.
*.) Rs ******/- as a compensatory allowance to my father and causing physical damage.
*.) Rs *****/- as the compensatory allowance to me for selling their bad quality product at such high price and committing customer harassment.
*.) I want to see where LG has disclosed me ( i.e. customers ) that their products have **% depreciation in the first * yrs of its life span, based on which they have offered me **% refund of the invoice value.
*.) Since they have not disclosed to me that their products have **% depreciation in the first * yrs of its life span, why it would not be treated as cheating on customers?
I request you to take such necessary steps which could prevent such giant companies from gathering undeserved wealth by cheating common people of our country. I really hope to see a breakthrough.
