This is Soudip Das from Kolkata. I have ordered some groceries on **.**.**** and as per their rule they are supposed to be delivered by **.**.****. Bag ID- ********, No of items- *, Total Amount- Rs. ***. After continuously calling to Mr. Gurupada Das (executive) & Mr. Debojyoti Barik (executive) they are just receiving the call and simply giving fake replies that they'll deliver those items by today. Even I have raised complaint(#******* & #*******) twice to the customer care number but no any feedback received from their end even not any resolution.
