- Laptop lock problem Open
Dr. Pradeep Yadav filed this complaint against Sony on Feb 18, 2021
I came to the shop for laptop repairing( lock repairing) he told me that he will replace the lock and charge **** rs(**** for lock) and *** person charge.
But instead of replacing the lock he stick( with some liquid) the lock only. And ask me to pay ****. But i denied to pay.. because it was clearly seen that the lock was pasted. So in the last he said i will provide you the laptop in the old condition only. And he broke the lock. Due to this my laptop became worst. And my laptop is not in that condition, that was previously.
