This is the worst service I have come across with my laptop which is not even * months old. Iam in touch with Dell support from past * months, which could not help me to resolve it. They had made so many trouble shoot and once they had taken remote access to my laptop and they realized the issue. Also, they told me to visit an authorised centre. I had visited the service centre and they told to contact Dell support for a dell engineer visit because they will take ** days to check the issue. Then again, iam trying to contact the software support team of Dell but they are not accepting my call.
After the worst experience, I have lost all my trust in dell and I regret suggesting dell to my friends and family.
