Dear Sir
Our office Mumbai MTNL landline ******** is not working for the last * year. We have been complaining online, offline the Goregaon west MTNL office but nobody comes and see, what is the issue? They keep on generating the bills and keep sending. What kind of working is this. Initially we paid bills for *-* months but now we are not paying the bills as the phone is dead and in IVR it says that the phone is disconnected.
MTNL high officials, please look into the matter and sort it out. MTNL is not taking our application of disconnection of the phone. Our person has visited their office more than * – * times.
