I have filed complaint for my landline , which is dead through their helpline no. ****. When i found that no action has been taken then i again complaint through bsnl selfcare site.I have complaint * times from feb * but no body visited my home nor complaint is resolve but i got messages of complaint resolved.My complaint no.are(*) ********** dated * feb ****,(*) ********** dated ** feb ****(*) ********** dated ** feb ****(*)********** dated * march ****(*)********** dated * march ****(*) ********** dated * march
I also called their customer care no to tlsk to their representative but when i pressed button for representative phone cut.
