Hello Sir,
I'm Shrenik, holding a Loan against property in Kotak Prime with account number KLAP****.
I applied for a loan in Kotak Prime for ** lakhs against my property document in the month of February ****, the representative advised to also take insurance along with the loan, I agreed and he charged **,*** rupees for the insurance (No details of the insurance were provided), and this amount was part of the loan which was approved so total it is **,**,*** rupees.
My loan was disbursed on **th March ****, and this is now **nd April, as promised by the team of LAP, that they already booked an insurance which is a cover for my loan for a tenure of ** years, along with medical expenses if I'm hospitalized.
I Haven't received any receipt for the same nor any acknowledgement that there is a policy purchased along with the loan, only reply I receive when I call the concern person is that the policy document will take * months to get ready from the date of loan disbursement, where on earth will it take * months for a policy document to be ready.
I also, asked the team to show me the policy document, to cross check if all the particulars are as per my concerns, for which I receive an answer that it will be done in * days, it's been a month and now the Manager MR Prannoy Pandey will not pick up my call at all.
My loan account number is KLAP****.
I work in night shifts and it is very difficult for me to track the status or talk to people, as I will be sleeping all day in order to stay awake in the nights for my job.
I request you to please check and do the needful, if possible please request the concern department to cancel the policy and refund the amount, as I'm afraid if this is the case when I'm purchasing the policy, just imagine the nominee who is my mother, had to chase and go through all this pain while trying to claim the insurance after my death.
I hope this will be resolved soon.
