I have purchased a Kodak ** Inch TV (KODAK CA Series *** cm (** inch) Ultra HD (*K) LED Smart Android TV with Dolby Digital Plus & DTS TruSurround (**CA****)) on June **th **** on Flipkart and it has been working fine and suddenly the screen does not display anything and when i contacted Kodak on their website chat, they told to contact them through whatsapp and raise the concern. I have uploaded the invoice and raised the concern and they told that "As per your invoice, we would like to inform you that the manufacturing of this model and spares stopped hence we suggest you to exchange your TV current model with an upgraded one from the seller.". This is inappropriate as they cannot say that they cannot service the issue and get it fixed. Exchange also does not give good exchange cost. Kindly help this to get this issue fixed. I have got it for Rs.**,*** and i am kind of in trouble wherein i need to again spend some more money to buy a new tv
