I bought a IFFALCON TV with Order# OD****************** along with extended policy with Policy# CPFK************ on **th Oct ****.
My TV recently stopped working and we raised a complaint with Jeeves. Initial technician inspected the television and said the board has burnt. He raised a replacement and the next technician said I have to pay for it as it got burnt. As the policy has below set of items covered, I am declining to pay to them.
Any manufacturing defects
Accidental Damage (Resulting in Functionality Issue)
Liquid Damage (Resulting in Functionality Issue)
Damage due to voltage fluctuation
so they are rejecting the claim as I am not agreeing to pay.
