On **th jan **** I had repaired a jbl flip *. I made this repaired from laptron technology pvt. Ltd. (***, bhandari house, ** nehru place delhi ).
unfortunately, your product has not performed well [or the service was inadequate] because again same issue happened with in next couple of months
to resolve the problem, again I given for repaired on **/**/**** i attached invoice, repaired bills of my records ,concerning this purchase/repair.
* rd time again I got same issue and it’s above my patience height then i contacted indiasupport@harman.com however no call or email from your side and whenever I make call then I get a complaint request number but no solutions. also, for single complaint I have * request numbers dl-c******-***** and dl-e******-*****.
i look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
