I bought * Chicken Darjeeling momos & * Chicken Delight momo from Axis Mall Kolkata outlet for takeaway but got only * Darjeeling momo instead of *....there were only * customers at that time...yet they couldn't handle orders...the bill shows * which means they didn't misheard the order yet they didn't check before packing or worse they cheat one in every *-* customers just like this....even the customer phn no. which is mentioned in the bill is incorrect, god knows whose number it is...I tried calling every damn phn number available on Google or their pamphlets but its was never the correct outlet. Numbers on zomato or swiggy are saying invalid & switched off... Not only did my family suffer during dinner time , the money , I don't know if I'll ever get it.... Never buying from Wow Momo again! Whatever outlet it may be!
