I ordered two laptop batteries from Lapalfa (HP and Asus) and a few days later I only received one. I have not tried it yet because I am traveling soon to try it on someone else's laptop, so I don't know it it is real or working.
As for the other battery that is missing, I tried calling their customer service number many times, wrote them emails, and even messaged them on WhatsApp. there is no response although the WhatsApp account has clearly seen my message. I am traveling soon and I really need this other battery, but I don't know if I should just lose hope and look somewhere else, obviously I will not get a refund too.
