- Items got damaged ^Open

The damage happened to Microwave Oven is not only the front door glass, but also the circuit within the door is damaged. I need to replace the complete door which is costing around **** including the glass door and circuit.

I will not be able to accept the **** amount, and request you to consider atleast **** against the repair charges.

Also, we have took Rs. * lac value insurance from which the against the Oven we have asked to kept the value of Rs. ****, if you can see within the list the provided value from item number ** to ** is Rs.*****.

Also, we have already face a loss due to late delivery as there are prior commitments from my side as well to other parties for some of the good that i already sold.

As we have loaded the house on **-**-**** and it is promised us to deliver the goods by **-**-****, which actually delivered on **-**-**** for which the item i sold to party is not available to take up due to late delivery.
