I have placed an order for Rs. *** in Etfio.com on February *, ****. I have paid the money through PayUMoney Gateway (Payment ID:*********). When I checked the status of the order on Feb ** It was shown that the order was processing. But now when I tried to track the order, it shows that the order does not exist. I need to get back the money I have paid for placing the order.
