I had ordered special biriyani and the chicken packet was missing. When I tried to connect with them they simply denied and said it's no their problem. This is not at all acceptable and worse thing that you can hear from someone. Day by day people admiring meghana but nowadays these people talking customer satisfaction and complaint for granted.
