i had pre-ordered TXT's The Chaos Chapter: Fight or Escape album, which means I'll get pre-order benefits along with the album. they took approx ** days to ship the item and when it reached me, the pre-order gift was missing. i had complained about it on October **nd, and they kept making excuses, saying I will get the pre-order gift. after a week I approached them again and when I asked to fix an estimated date of delivery, they refused. it's been a month since then and there are no updates about it. i didn't preorder the album to not get the pre-order gift. very bad service. i need my item as soon as possible.
