The issue that I have experienced was: The promised Internet speed is not coming. I get **mbps on my laptop and PC. While the promised speed was ***mbps. I have register complaints dozens of times. Excitel Customer care agents ask for the ANYDESK ID and look for the issue but still can not find it. It takes them * to *.** hrs for this and I need to be on call with them and in front of the PC or laptop for the same procedure. This is frustrating as still no solutions comes up every time. I can not register complaint after complaints and then again go through the same procedure of yours. RESLOVE THIS OR I NEED A REFUND.
