- Issue with Ashwagandha Tablets started deteriorating Closed

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with the ashwagandha tablets that I recently purchased of your company (Mojocare). Upon using the tablets from * months, I have noticed that the tablets start to stale or deteriorate, which is quite concerning.
I have attached photos for your reference, clearly showing the condition of the tablets. Additionally, I would like to inform you that the expiry date of the tablets is in April ****, as indicated in the attached photo of the expiry date and barcode of the product.
I kindly request for a replacement of the tablets, as I believe this issue should not occur before the expiry date. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate it and take legal action by involving the consumer court.
For your reference, I have also attached the purchase bill of the tablets.
I trust that you will address this matter promptly and provide a suitable resolution. I appreciate your attention to this issue and look forward to your prompt response.
