My family have recently faced an issue during the travel for the International flight from Abu Dhabi to New Delhi on **th March. My family reached the airport and the airport authority didn't allow them to check in as there was an issue with the ticket on how the ticket was issued. The ticket was issued for * passengers my wife and kid. As per airport authority at the check-in counter, the tickets were confirmed and they could see the passenger name but the Airline PNR was not created correctly and it was showing a group of * members while there were only * passengers travelling because of it they didn't allow my family to board the flight. At the airport only I immediately contacted the Cleartrip support (Mr Akash from your support team at **** Abu Dhabi time on **th March) and explained the issue, in fact one of the Etihad crew also explained to them about the issue and what needs to be fixed but seems the support was not getting the issue and because of that passengers could not board the flight and it was missed.
Since then I have been calling the Cleartrip support to fix the issue but support is denying any issue at their end, same with the Etihad Airways. In general, passengers were at the airport and they could not board the flight because of the ticketing issue. I am hereby attaching the written confirmation from Etihad airways where they are confirming the issue was with the ticket.
