- Issue regarding Cancellation of Hotel Closed

As per the T&C, I tried to cancel my booking on agoda app prior to the date of check in and there was no response for the free cancellation and I would like to request for the refund as I have not checked in the hotel. I have attached a screenshot taken during the chat session with agoda customer care.
