I had applied for a new broadband connection on **th May. They had promised me to deliver the link within ** hours of payment. Till date, I didn't get their link. Moreover, I wrote multiple emails to them asking for a refund but they are simply ignoring my mail. I tried to take a lot of follow-ups with their customer care support line. Every day they kept on trolling me saying "it will be done today or tomorrow so on". But now when I asked them for refund they and their sales executive stopped replying and receiving my phone calls.
