I stopped using Hathway some time ago and received a call about the payment for the misplacement of there modem where I repeatedly ask the person on phone that "this amount that I am paying for which is of Rs *** is for the misplacement of modem" in reply they again and again said "yes sir the amount that you are paying is for the misplacement of modem and you won't be getting any irritating calls after this ever". After that from the last * months I have been still getting atleast **-** calls from hathway everyday, I also have a recording of the actual conversation that took place and want these calls to stop.
