Hi,
My wife searched for Fridge mechanic, just dial showed up contacts.
I called up a mechanic firm(reliable) and a guy turned up, simply to dupe us of **** approx. The fridge was left un-repaired.
Aftermath -
*) we kept calling the person .... not picking calls
*) Just dial doesn't take any responsibility....neither registering the complaint
*) the contacts have already been removed from portal....seems JustDial understands they are cheaters.
*) As per my investigation i found, Bill given by the person is fake the address given doesn't even exist.
Expectation -
*) JustDial or any other company showing any information should verify all information being displayed to consumers.
*) They are just minting money from advertisers so they are supporting this duping business..... should be punished for the same
*) I seek compensation for all the losses and mental agitation me and my family went through
*) Company should find all such history and compensate customers or government should fine them so heavily that they understand to be responsible at business.
