I booked a train ticket through IRCTC mobile app having following details
PNR- **********
Name- Abhinav Kumar
Train- PUNE SHATABDI (*****)
Boarding- HYB **th May ****
Destination- PUNE **th May ****
Class EC
Coach E*
Seat **_**
Ticket was booked for Executive Chair but the coach for E* was a chair car. TT gave us a certificate for refund and asked to file a TDR based on that.
I did the same but my TDR STATUS is EDR REPUDIATE
Now my EDR got rejected against the rules.
Requesting a refund of the amount based on the difference between CC and EC coaches.
