Dear Sir/Madam
As per information send by SpiceJet my Ticket PNR F*N*NI Transaction ID ********** refund amount was credited in IRCTC Account on **th June ****.According to IRCTC My refund amount *****/- rupees was processed on **rd of June but that amount is not credited in my account .I am attaching the account statement from **th June to **rd July and password is KUND*********. I continuously mailing to IRCTC but no action has been taken.
After one Month still I am not able to get my money back
