I am facing billing issues continuously from past * months.
Even after raising ticket every month it's getting repeated, from past several months I'm getting wrong bill for the charges I've not done in Usage over pack section, this month also same I've raised a ticket for the same with reference no **-*************.
This month ***.* along with GST which comes around *** should be waived off and when I ask for a waiver they say cannot be waived off as i have taken waiver every month, that's bcoz i'm getting wrong bill every month and on top of that I get a call from Airtel saying charges are valid but they fail to explain how they are valid.
