I recently concluded a successful internship in the Finance domain at Outlook Publishing Pvt. Ltd., spanning from **th May **** to **th July ****. Despite fulfilling all assigned tasks and achieving a sales milestone of Rs **,***, I have not received the stipend owed to me for the internship of Rs*****.

Regrettably, this is not an isolated incident. Approximately ** students who undertook internships at Outlook Publishing Pvt. Ltd. are facing the same situation, with pending stipends causing considerable financial strain. Efforts to communicate with Bhuvan, the HR representative, have proven futile, as he has been unresponsive and uncooperative. Attached to this complaint, you will find my internship certificate as proof of my successful completion of the internship program.This lack of transparency and delay in stipend disbursement is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Outlook Publishing Pvt. Ltd. as an employer.

I urge your forum to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure the immediate release of the pending stipends. Our financial well-being and the reputation of Outlook Publishing Pvt. Ltd. as an ethical employer are at stake.
